4.erformance

Perfluoropolyether synthetic lubricants are liquids at room temperature and have been used as lubricants for space mechanical components for decades.

The molecular structure of perfluoropolyether lubricants is similar to that of hydrocarbon lubricants, except that in perfluoropolyether molecules, fluorine atoms replace hydrogen atoms, resulting in stronger C-F bonds replacing C-H bonds,

Make perfluoropolyether have higher thermal stability, oxidation stability, good chemical inertness, and insulation.

Perfluoropolyether with larger molecular weight also has low volatility, a wide temperature range of use, and excellent viscosity temperature characteristics.

5. Main purpose

In the aerospace industry, due to the wide liquid temperature range, low volatility, static viscosity, very low vapor pressure, low flow temperature, and good high-temperature lubricity of PFPEs,

It is considered the preferred lubricant for meeting the working requirements of future aviation turbine engines.

Suitable for lubrication of mechanical vacuum pumps in various semiconductor integrated block production processes such as plasma etching, chemical vapor deposition, and ion implantation in the electronic industry.

In the chemical industry, it is used as a working medium for vacuum pumps and as a lubricating material for compressors and valves that come into contact with liquid oxygen, oxygen, corrosive and oxidizing gases.

6. Packaging and storage

This product is sealed in PE plastic barrels, with 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg per barrel, or packaged according to customer requirements.

This product is transported as a non hazardous liquid and should be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation.

Avoid mixing with other oil products during storage, and seal and dry for long-term storage. Avoid contact with Lewis acids such as AlCl3.
